All Saints Belton Fundraiser, 2nd March 2024
Huge thanks to Anna Pukas James and her team of volunteers for facilitating a fund raising event at All Saints Church in Belton today. A massive sum was raised towards our costs of transporting aid over to Ukraine. Our thanks to all those who donated today!
We were delighted to have Nick Fletcher MP in attendance along with Cllr. Tim Mitchell – Nick posted this immediately after the event on his Facebook page:
“Delighted to be in #Belton this Saturday morning with Cllr Tim Mitchell. Such a strong sense of community here as elsewhere in the Isle.
People had gathered together at All Saints Belton Church & Centre to raise funds for Ukraine. We were lucky enough to listen at length to Mike from Ukraine Fundraiser as to the work that he and others are doing to bring much needed supplies to the people of that war torn country.
If you can support them in any way I know they would be pleased to hear from you.”
